A Spell for Restoring Confidence and Belief in Yourself

This is a great spell/meditation to help you when you’re not feeling like yourself. It helps you think about the person you want to be and restore confidence in yourself. 

Light a red candle and gaze into the flame. Think about the parts of yourself that you love, and about those that you don’t like as much. When you have a good idea of the traits you’d like to get rid of, concentrate on those and say:

Fire burn bright, fire burn hot
Fire burn away all the things that I’m not
Burn the strength into me to show what’s inside
Let me burn strong too, let me not run and hide

Concentrate on letting go of the things that aren’t you, and focus on restoring your confidence! Picture the candle flame burning away all of the bad qualities that you want out of your life. When you’re done meditating, make sure you blow out your candle.
